I’m new to this raw food eating. I’ve tried several raw food diets: raw vegan, pure fruitarian, now fruitarian + raw fish and raw eggs (Wai Diet). Some of you may be thinking if it is necessary to go raw to be healed.
|My answer is that doing a raw food diet should be your first choice in healing, not your last choice. Many, like my brother, waited until their back was against the wall and had nowhere else to go. The detox protocols can only take you so far. The pollution prevention protocols will do their job. Unless you fix your diet, the healing process is not complete.
Now some may think I’m being too strict or too harsh with the raw food advice. I don’t think so. I write my cure protocols with the focus that I want you, the really sick to get well in the shortest amount of time. Wouldn’t you like that? Going raw is easier than you think. Eating raw fruits is easiest because it is natural. Eating raw fish, depending on where you grow up is also natural, thank the popularity of japanese sashimi and those who live beside the sea. Eating raw eggs is popular for those who grew up in a farm or raise their own chickens.
Now how about the long term? What should your long term eating plan be? This is where everyone is different. You listen to your body and you check what is available in your locale. There are many raw coaches and raw icons out there. You start out with them then eventually do your own thing.
Here is a nice discourse from one who has been on the raw paleolithic diet for quite some time from http://www.rawpaleodiet.org/Observations-on-Fundamentalism-in-RVAF.html
