In this video, my 9 year old boy eats seared lamb chops with bare hands and teeth. While his 7 year old brother in the background uses scissors. I chose to show a video of these children eating rare meat because eating raw meat is usually difficult for cooked food eaters to imagine getting into, yet they must if they wish to get well from eczema or psoriasis.
Maybe my sons eating rare lamb chops on video will inspire you. My older son likes it with bare hands and teeth.
Raw Paleo Diet is raw meat, raw vegetables and raw fruit. I will give a run down of a typical day for my 2 small boys who are being treated for eczema (the older one) and psoriasis (the younger one).
Breakfast:
– egg yolk liver flush if it is scheduled (raw duck egg yolk, calamansi juice, virgin coconut oil / extra virgin olive oil
– fruits in season: Papaya, coconut juice and coconut meat, various mangoes in season, graviola, macopa, aratilis berries, or whatever is in season
– Salad if available.
Snack:
– any fruit lying around
– calamansi / lemon juice + raw wild honey as juice or ice candy (it’s summer… hot these days)
Lunch:
– seared fatty grass fed beef barbecue
or
– seared fatty grass fed lamb chops
Snack:
– any fruit lying around

Dinner:
– seared fatty beef barbecue
or
– seared fatty lamb chops
Before sleeping if scheduled:
– avocado leaves tea at least 0.5 liters per child for kidney cleansing
Condiment run down in beef barbecue: sea salt, freshly ground at that moment pepper, raw wild honey, beef fat in pan so as not to stick
Condiment run down in lamb chops: sea salt, freshly ground at that moment pepper, freshly opened ilocos garlic, fresh garden picked basil leaves chopped, anchor butter in pan so as not to stick.
Searing time for beef: 5 seconds per side
Searing time for lamb: 10 seconds per side
I’m working on steadily decreasing the amount if searing time to get to zero raw.
For all you Filipino fans, look… NO RICE! Running now for 7 days and NO RICE!
How can we do that? The children get enough carbohydrates from fruit in season and especially raw wild honey.
No FOOD COMBINING! At all. Improves digestion.
I may get apple juice cartons Ceres or Harvey Fresh Crushed not from concentrate for more liver cleansing flow. I do not trust the apples in the markets. They are all imported, probably full of chemical residuals.
Progress after 1 week is 99% itches down for my 9 year old boy and 90% down for my 7 year old boy.
