Here is my boy’s eczema treatment schedule for the day November 8, 2011. This is a note to myself as my wife has to go back to work tomorrow and I’ve got to visit my office too from time to time. My office is just a short 10 minute walk from our home. But I will leave a cell phone with my boy just to keep in touch.
6am – Go to market, buy new raw fish, buy new coconut milk / gata, buy new fresh durian, buy ripe guyabano
– Maid at home presses his 6 big oranges.
7am – He wakes up to an egg yolk liver flush, minimal version just 1 egg yolk with 1 big calamansi. He takes 1 barefoot herbalist MH capsule. (seems the 1/2 capsule yesterday resulted in no poop) Get sunlight.
7:30am – Anthroposophic meds
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
8am – kinilaw? (raw fish ceviche) + 2 caps of blue ice fermented cod liver oil + butter oil
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
9am – 1/2 raw egg + 1 tsp raw honey
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
11am – 1/2 raw egg + 1 tsp raw honey + 2 caps of blue ice fermented cod liver oil + butter oil
11:30am – Anthroposophic meds
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
1pm – 1/2 raw egg + 1 tsp raw honey
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
3pm – 1/2 raw egg + 1 tsp raw honey + 2 caps of blue ice fermented cod liver oil + butter oil
4:30am – Anthroposophic meds
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
5pm – 1/2 raw egg + 1 tsp raw honey
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
7pm – kinilaw? (raw fish ceviche) + 2 caps of blue ice fermented cod liver oil + butter oil
7:30pm – Anthroposophic meds and bath time and tooth brush
sip diluted orange juice every 10 to 15 mins.
8pm – sleeping time
Any other time hungry he has a choice of durian, guyabano, dragon fruit, banana or other fruit.
I am still waiting for him to ask for raw beef. It has not come yet. We tried a new kinilaw recipe last night and he liked it.
The boy is no longer an itch machine. The boy is no longer bed ridden or room bound. He can go around the compound and play. Although he still seems skittish about going to the garden where insects might smell his drying wounds.
So it is a busy schedule, I’d rather he eat the fish only 1 time, but I have to adjust and gauge what he is asking for.
Nothing is written in stone in this kind of hands on healing. This is just a guide. Adjust as the patient’s needs adjust. He has to finish the 6 oranges or more.
