    ANYHING you can tell me! I suffer from Atopic Eczema and it when it flares up I am in agony and do not want to be around people.

    Should you keep eczema dry? or moist? I’ve had doctors tell me both.

    I have also cured my eczema and psoriasis. But it has taken me more than 20 years to find the solutions. Because the process has been “hit or miss” – trying a multitude of methods – getting solutions that were short lived – and so much else – I have a lot of trouble making single recommendations.

    So, these are my questions:

  4. I am 23 years of age and have suffered from Eczema all my life. The only thing that I have found that seems to cure it is eating an all meat/ egg diet and green vegetables. I cook all foods in coconut oil. I only do this diet when my skin gets really bad because I couldn’t live off it long term.

    I have tried everything. Candida diets, raw food diets. Juice diets and the meat one is the only one that works. Ive put it down to the Essential fatty acids and the oild that im getting out of the meat and oil etc.

    My questions would be:

    1. How to stop leaky gut (becuase its obvious that this is a major concern as my insides feel like they are being ripped apart when i eat certain breads… or pancakes etc.)

    2. How much fatty foods can I eat/ or can my body handle

    3. Is water really a big deal when it comes to skin… and if so what herbal teas are best for drinking for excema (instead of normal tea and coffee)
